When are the Meetings and are they open to the public?

Due to the ongoing health crisis, our meetings may not take place as scheduled.

Currently, the meetings are held on the third Wednesday, January through May, and September through November at 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church, 1306 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205 (meeting location subject to change).

All meetings are open and free to anyone who lives in Manatee County and owns a home, condo, or mobile home.

A guest speaker may be invited to most meetings to advise us on current issues. This could be an elected state or local official or an individual who has expertise in a particular field.

There are no member meetings scheduled in June, July, August, or December.  However, our board members are always kept informed on current issues which may affect our members.
